LET'S PARTY

There were 7 kids in that one little pool!
Only Zemma and the two babies were missing

BUBBLE TIME

Ellen LOVES the Little Mermaid, so we broke down and got her
an Ariel cake.  It was received very well.

We have some of the cutest kids ever don't you think?

$3.47 is all it takes to make this girl happy

We started the day off with some breakfast pancakes.  Ellen was so excited that it was her birthday and that she was going to be a new number.

Let the opening begin...

She got this princess leotard ( LEEN-o-tard) from Grandpa Dale and Grandma Jane.  I think it was a hit.

I put some of those trick candles on Ellen's cake.  She sure did a lot of blowing!
(Turn up the volume so you can hear what she's saying)

Polly Pocket stuff and a new Gigi book
Ellen got a nice balloon and flowers from Papa and Nana.

Ellen has been begging us to go to Chuck E Cheese.  I'm not quite sure how she knows about Chuck E Cheese, seeing that we've never been there before.  I'm guessing she has seen a commercial for it and thought it looked like fun.  So... we went to Chuck E Cheese!
Ellen could hardly stand the wait so we played some games while we waited on our pizza.  Sophia really liked the pizza too!

Daddy and the birthday girl
Mommy and Sophia

This is how Ellen sat through most of her dinner.  She was too busy watching the characters put on their show.

Ellen had so much fun playing all the games.  We just let her go and followed wherever she went.
Ellen was quick to give Chuck E Cheese a hug but Sophia wasn't so sure.
She finally did end up giving him a wave.

After we got home from Springfield Ellen finished opening her presents.
A new Gigi Movie

New slippers and girlie lotion

And a new Ariel hair brush.
$3.47 is all it took for this little girl to squeal her head off!  She was so excited about this brush.  She ran over to me and threw her arms around my neck and said, "Thank you mom, I love it!"

I thought I would give this blog thing a try. My plan is to use it as an online scrapbook for my family.
