Ellen got a kids cookbook for her birthday so we decided to try out one of the recipes. Today we made Big Bird's "Carrot Stix"
Here are all the ingredients that we needed to make "Carrot Stix"
Ellen peeling the carrots

Mixing the carrots, oil, salt and pepper
Putting the carrots on the baking sheet
Ready to bake
The "carrot stix" with cinnamon and sugar on them...ready to eat

How fun!!! J and AB LOVE to help me cook...do you like that cookbook? If so, can you let me know what it's called? That be great! Love you! (no official plans for travel to MO until Christmas...but I hope to make it there sometime before then with just the kids. I'll let ya know)
